Each one is made from natural elephant grass dyed and woven using traditional techniques, patterns, and colors. Makes a great do-it-yourself gift basket! Due to handmade nature, size, shape, and color vary. Dimensions: 6″h x 9″dia. Reshaping Your Bolgatanga Basket: Our artisan partners fold this basket in order to ship more efficiently. To remove creases and restore its shape, dampen basket with a spray bottle or other water source, or by submerging in water for 1 minute. Let it rest for 5 minutes to allow grass to absorb the moisture and become pliable. Bend and press the basket into shape–don’t worry, it won’t break.
